"Vestnik of AGTU" is presented to the Governor of JSC within the framework of the exhibition of publishing projects of AGTU
On January 13, Russia celebrates the Day of the Russian Press. It is an important day for editors, journalists, publishers, publicists, proofreaders — everyone who is more or less connected with the press. The date of the holiday was not chosen by chance. On this day in 1703, the first regular newspaper in Russia, Vedomosti, began its work with a modest circulation of a thousand copies at that time. The editor was Peter I. himself .

Today, this holiday unites all those who, through their creative work, provide a unified information space, create a favorable environment to support the innovative development of fundamental and applied research, familiarize the Russian and international scientific and engineering community with the results of the activities of scientific schools and independent researchers, and form public opinion.
As part of the celebrations dedicated to the Day of the Russian Press, employees of the publishing house and the Department of Mass Communications and Media Projects of ASTU presented their achievements at the traditional book vernissage.

In the general exposition of the Astrakhan State Technical University, the publishing house presented the scientific journal "Vestnik of ASTU", catalogs of innovative developments, scientific and educational publications of the university staff.

The Governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Yuryevich Babushkin highly appreciated the development of the information space in the region and congratulated the participants of the vernissage.
We cordially congratulate the journalistic community and all those who work in the media on their professional holiday! We wish you good health, new creative successes and successes in your professional activity.
