Only the results of original research of the specialists can be submitted for publication in the journal. The articles are peer-viewed.

The Journal is an Open Access journal. The readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles.

Periodicity – issued four times a year: March (№ 1), June (№ 2), September (№ 3) and December (№ 4).

ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) – 2073-5537.

Language of publication: Russian and English.

The deadlines of submission of the articles to the Editorial Board – 28 February (№ 1), 30 April (№ 2), 31 July (№ 3) and 31 October (№ 4) annually.
